It was daunting to learn I had so many food allergies, and I decided from the start that I wouldn’t sacrifice eating good food and desserts because of these new limitations. As someone who was uncomfortable in the kitchen until a few years ago, I’ve come a long way and am making some of the best dishes and desserts I’ve ever had. And the best part is they are free of the top food allergens and refined sugar! It’s a good feeling knowing I can eat food without feeling sick afterwards and I want to share that same feeling with you.
